Great location for a family getaway, with plenty of space and amenities for kids. The room was cozy but sufficient for a family of four, with functioning air conditioning, hot water, and a refrigerator. The service was exceptional, with all our requests promptly attended to and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and coffee provided in the morning.
The room lacked hooks on the bedroom wall, which would have been useful. there were no outlets or desks in the room, making it inconvenient for charging devices or working remotely.

I had a restful night before my amazing trip to Calakmul at Otoch Beek. The comfortable rooms and hot shower provided the perfect start to the day. The complementary breakfast was a delicious bonus. The hotel's location in the countryside added to the peaceful ambiance, and the farm animal noises were a charming touch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone exploring Calakmul.

We loved the laid-back vibe and the attention to detail at this little slice of paradise. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The owner, who also served as our guide, was incredibly helpful and kind. Access to nearby Becan ruins was convenient, and there were some great wildlife viewing opportunities right from the village. The simple yet delicious breakfast was a nice touch. As young holiday goers, we appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the chance to explore the area.
Felt like family, no complaints.

We stayed in a simple room that was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, as it was away from the busy town center and situated in a little village on the outskirts of town. It was so close to the ruins but nestled in the rainforest, providing a serene and peaceful environment. The breakfast, which included an assortment of Mexican breads, was served outside in a beautiful natural setting.
There was no internet available at the hotel, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
